Noted environmental author and activist Bill McKibben spoke at the closing ceremony of the 2008 Annual Society for Conservation Biology meeting held this July 13th through 17th at the Chattanooga Convention Center. 

Bill gave a wonderful speech on conservation and environmental issues that impact us all.  There was a dinner and reception that followed.  Thanks to all who helped make this event a success!
