Join staff members from Tennessee River Gorge Trust and Outdoor Chattanooga for a Family Campout on Williams Island. Registration fees will include a full campfire dinner, dessert, and breakfast. Tents will be provided or you can bring your own. Transportation to the island for people and gear will be via the TRGT pontoon boat.
Williams Island is a beautiful 450 acre island in the middle of the Tennessee River. Located just across from Baylor School's campus, this amazing spot is also right at the "Gateway to the Gorge" with beautiful views of Elder Mountain and Signal Mountain.
The island is equipped with tent platforms, fire rings and a composting privy. It's a great place to kick off the summer with a family camping trip!
This event is limited to the first 25 people to register. Hosts include Sarah Quattrochi and Hugh Bullock from the Trust staff and Terri Chapin from Outdoor Chattanooga.
Cost is $50 per adult and $25 per child. If interested, please complete the registration form below and a Trust staff member will reach out to provide full details and collect payment.
